Getting started

What is Luxe Intimates?

Luxe Intimates is your private styling studio on iPhone — shop curated lingerie, beauty, and fashion with
AR virtual try-on and Style Muse, your AI stylist. Preview makeup, outfits,
and shoes on you before you buy — no crowded dressing rooms, no endless web scrolling.

How do I get the app?

LuXe Intimates is available on the App Store for iPhone.
Download the app or visit our
app page for a feature overview.
You’ll need a compatible iPhone running a supported iOS version. An internet connection is
required for shopping, AI styling, and try-on features.

Do I need an account?

You can browse as a guest, but Sign in with Apple saves your bag, Keepsakes, and Intimates Rewards
across devices. We do not use email/password accounts — sign-in is handled securely by Apple.

Is there a subscription?

No subscription is required. You receive three complimentary virtual try-ons when you install the
app. Additional try-on credits can be purchased in-app anytime — pay only for what you use.


Virtual try-on (AR)

What can I try on virtually?

The app includes three AR studios:

  • Makeup Studio — lips, eyes, blush, bronzer, and eyeliner
  • Outfit Try-On — lingerie and fashion from the shop catalog
  • Shoe Try-On — heels and footwear styles on your feet

Find Makeup Studio in the Studio tab; outfit and shoe try-on live in Boutique.

How many free try-ons do I get?

Each device receives 3 complimentary try-ons. Your remaining balance appears in the app (Studio,
Boutique, profile, and the try-on upsell screen). When credits run out, tap to purchase an Extra Try-On
Pack
— credits are added automatically after checkout completes.

Why did my try-on fail or show an error?

Common fixes:

  • No face detected — use a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting for makeup try-on.
  • No try-ons remaining — purchase additional credits in the app.
  • Connection issues — virtual try-on requires an active internet connection; try Wi‑Fi or cellular again.
  • Photo permissions — allow Camera and Photo Library access in iPhone Settings → Luxe Intimates.

Are my photos stored on your servers?

Try-on previews are processed to generate your look. We do not publish your photos. For full details, see our

Style Muse (AI stylist)

What is Style Muse?

Style Muse is your in-app AI styling assistant. Describe an occasion, mood, or category — date
night, bridal, gifts, makeup direction, footwear — and receive warm, boutique-level guidance tied to the Luxe
catalog. Open it from the Boutique tab.

Style Muse is not responding — what should I do?

Check your internet connection and try again. If the app shows “offline mode,” the AI service may be temporarily
unavailable — you can still browse Shop, use AR try-on, and build a Boutique Bag. If the issue persists, email
with your device model and iOS version.


Account & sign-in

How do I sign in?

On the welcome screen, tap Continue with Apple and complete Sign in with Apple on your iPhone.

Sign in with Apple is not working

Try these steps:

  1. Install or update LuXe Intimates from the App Store for the latest release.
  2. Force-quit the app and reopen it.
  3. Confirm you are signed into the same Apple ID on your iPhone (Settings → Apple Account).
  4. Use a physical device or TestFlight build — Sign in with Apple is limited in some development previews.

If problems continue, contact us with the exact error message shown.

I forgot my password

Luxe Intimates does not store passwords. Account access is managed by Apple — use Apple ID account recovery if you
cannot sign in.


Intimates Rewards & Keepsakes

What are Intimates Rewards?

Intimates Rewards are loyalty points you earn by exploring the app — virtual try-ons, saving
favorites, adding to your bag, and more. View your balance in the header and profile. Guest points merge into
your account when you sign in.

What are Keepsakes?

Keepsakes is your personal shelf for saved products, try-on moments, and session offers. Open it
from the floating bar or profile. Signed-in users keep Keepsakes tied to their account.

What is Boutique Bag?

In the Boutique tab, choose categories (lingerie, makeup, perfume, wigs, stockings, and more)
and tap Build my bag — the app curates matching pieces from the live catalog into a bundle you
can shop.


Orders & shop

Where do I place orders?

Checkout happens on our secure Shopify storefront:
our online boutique. The app links you to the same catalog with your selections.
You can also browse products in the in-app Shop tab.

Returns, refunds, and damaged items

See our full Returns & Refunds Policy. For order status, include your
order number and checkout email when you
contact support.

I purchased try-on credits but they did not appear

Credits are linked to your device and applied after Shopify checkout completes. Wait a few minutes, then open the
try-on screen and tap refresh on the credits balance. Complete the purchase in the same app install you used to
start checkout. Still missing? Email support with your order number.


Troubleshooting

Quick fixes

  • Keep LuXe Intimates updated to the latest version from the App Store.
  • Restart the app; restart your iPhone if features hang.
  • Check Wi‑Fi or cellular data — shop, AI, and try-on need connectivity.
  • Settings → Luxe Intimates → enable Camera and Photos.
  • Pull to refresh on the Shop tab if products look outdated.

The app icon or splash looks wrong after updating

If the app icon or name looks outdated, delete the old install and download the latest build from the App Store. iOS caches icons until a fresh install
of a new build number.

Product names or descriptions look unusual

We enhance catalog copy for a boutique shopping experience. The product image and price are always from our live
Shopify catalog. If something looks incorrect, tell us the product name via
Contact.
