Last updated: (“Luxe Intimates“) protects your data across the Luxe Intimates iOS app,
this website, and our commerce partners. This Security Policy summarizes how we safeguard the Services.

1. Authentication

Sign-in uses Sign in with Apple — we do not store account passwords.
Session and device identifiers help manage try-on allowances and saved preferences on your device.

2. Data in transit

Connections to our app backend, website, and Shopify checkout use HTTPS/TLS. Do not use the Services on untrusted networks
when handling sensitive photos or payment details.

3. Payments

Card and wallet payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. Luxe Intimates does not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

4. Try-on photos

Photos you upload are used to generate previews you request.
You may archive or delete profile photos from the app at any time.
We apply access controls and monitoring on infrastructure that processes try-on requests.

5. Reporting vulnerabilities

If you believe you have found a security issue, email
with subject line Security Report. Please do not publicly disclose issues until we have had a reasonable time to respond.

6. Incident response

We investigate credible reports and notify affected users or regulators when required by law.

7. Your responsibilities

Keep your device OS and app updated.
Use strong device passcodes or biometrics.
Sign out on shared devices.
