Usage Terms

These Usage Terms describe acceptable use of the Luxe Intimates iOS application and companion website
operated by Madam Trades, DBA: Luxe Intimates. They supplement our
Terms of Service.
1. Personal use
The app and site are for personal shopping and styling. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access
except through interfaces we provide.
2. Virtual try-on
- Try-on previews are illustrative; colors and fit may vary from physical products.
- Complimentary try-on credits may change; purchased packs are governed at checkout.
- Do not upload images you do not have rights to use.
3. Rewards & promotions
Intimates Rewards points, boutique codes, and promotional percentages are subject to program rules displayed in the app.
We may modify or end programs with notice where required.
4. Third-party services
Sign-in providers and Shopify checkout are governed by their own terms. Links to
our store leave the app for purchase completion when you choose web checkout.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Circumventing try-on or rewards limits.
- Interfering with servers, APIs, or other users.
- Posting or transmitting malware or spam through contact forms.
6. Updates
We may update these Usage Terms; continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of material changes
where permitted by law.
