- Account information when you sign in with Apple: name, email address (when shared by Apple), and Apple account identifier.
- Photos you upload for virtual try-on (face, full-body, or feet, depending on the feature). Images are used to generate try-on previews and may be stored on your device and in your account profile for your convenience.
- Shopping activity such as items saved to Keepsakes, bag contents, and order-related information when you checkout through our commerce partners.
- Communications when you contact us (email, contact form, or support requests).

- Device identifiers used to manage try-on allowances and personalize your experience.
- App usage data (screens viewed, features used) to improve the Services.
- Standard log data on our website (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
2. How we use your information
- Provide and operate the app, including virtual try-on, stylist recommendations, and cart reminders.
- Authenticate you through third-party identity providers (we do not store passwords).
- Send service emails such as saved-cart reminders and account-related notices, where you have opted in or where permitted by law.
- Administer Intimates Rewards and promotional offers tied to your account.
- Improve security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Virtual try-on and third-party AI services
Virtual try-on features may send images you upload to third-party processing partners to generate previews.
These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. We request only the data
necessary to perform the try-on you initiate.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Apple when you choose Sign in with Apple.
- Commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) to fulfill orders you place through linked checkout.
- Service providers that host our infrastructure, send email, or provide analytics — under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Data retention
We retain account and Keepsakes data while your account is active. Photos you upload may be archived or
securely deleted through in-app controls. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
6. Your choices and rights
- Manage or delete uploaded photos in the app Keepsakes / profile area.
- Sign out or disconnect by using your device or provider account settings.
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any promotional message.
- Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data — contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over
the Internet is 100% secure; we encourage strong device security and use of trusted sign-in providers.

Our Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under
